InimitableMe provides this Returns Policy to explain the Returns Policy in respect of your purchases made via our website located at www.inimitableme.com and its associated domains (called collectively the “Site”).
Conditions of Return
We are sorry that an item sold on our website did not meet your requirements. We want you to be completely satisfied with your inimitableme.com order, thus we will accept your return of product in original condition with all tags attached within 14 days of receipt of your order.
The Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, with all labels and tags left attached. Items will not be accepted if they are returned in any other condition and may be sent back to you. We ask that you try the garment when you are not wearing fragrance, deodorant or makeup to avoid leaving marks or scent.
Items returned after 14 days cannot be refunded. Your refund will be in the same form as the original purchase. All items marked “FINAL SALE” are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned at any time. Other sale items are returnable within 14 days as well.
Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our listing and packing team. If you believe your item was misrepresented in the listing, please contact our Customer Service team on telephone/WHATSAPP (+44) 74 4852 8303 or email us.
Return items exclude:
- Items sold at a significant discount price for clearance and marked as “FINAL SALE” on the Site.
- Items with missing InimitableMe security tags or items received in different condition as sent to you.
- Items bought as Underwear, Jewellery or Swimwear.
- Items sent back with pet hairs on.
- Non-UK purchases.
All items purchased outside the UK and the Channel Islands can be refunded only after contacting us. Please be sure to review all items details before buying. Please include your Return’s Form within the parcel. If returns form or order details are not included in returns we cannot guarantee that return will be processed within the 5-10 working days window.
Any customs or import duties charged on international returns will be charged to the sender. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, a delivery card will be left for you to arrange redelivery/collection.
Returns postage are not refundable.
We will attach an InimitableMe security tag prior to sending any item sold via our website. These tags cannot be reattached once removed. If you have received an item with such a tag attached, you should not remove the tag until you are sure you wish to keep the item. Returns will not be accepted on items where security tags have been removed.
In the case of the sale of shoes, InimitableMe security stickers will be affixed to the sole of shoes. These stickers do not damage the shoe and leave no residue. Once removed, or if the shoes are worn with the sticker still attached, the return of the shoes will not be accepted. These stickers are to protect us from unscrupulous buyers who may seek to return shoes after having worn them.
We recognize that returns are important to our customers. However, where we determine in our sole discretion that a customer is returning an unreasonable number of purchases, we may restrict or refuse that customer’s access to InimitableMe.
This Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Making a Return
If you wish to return an item, you must:
- Contact us within seven (7) days of taking delivery of the item to inform us of your intent and reasons for return. You can do it by clicking the ‘Return Item’ button in your online account under the ‘Orders’ tab. Please provide the item details and reason why you wish to return the product, to help us with processing your request.
- Securely pack and seal the item for return in an appropriate shipping box. The item(s) must then be sent back to us in the same condition you received it within fourteen (14) days of receipt.
- For Returns, you will be responsible for Postage Return at the post office. We advise using a recorded service and keeping your receipt as proof of return. We will refund you the total purchase price plus postage. In the event of partial return of multiple purchases, we will only refund the cost of the item and partial cost of postage. - Upon receipt of the returned item, we will process your request and inform you by an email about the outcome. Alternatively, you can check the status of your order in your online account under the tab.
Please Note that InimitableMe reserves the right to deny refund if the item(s) does not meet the return policy requirements.
